Welcome to Château Trimoulet

Founded in 1802, Château Trimoulet is a Grand Cru estate located in the classified Area 1 of the core appellation of Saint-Émilion, a region celebrated as the world’s first protected wine heritage site and renowned as one of the most prestigious origins on Bordeaux’s Right Bank, Château Trimoulet reflects centuries of winemaking tradition and excellence.

In 2016, the estate entered a new chapter when it was acquired by Mr. Laurent Dassault, a figure known for his pursuit of quality and precision. Recognizing the estate’s extraordinary potential, Mr. Dassault entrusted 3.5 hectares of its finest vineyards, along with the château and winery, to the FB Family, ensuring its legacy would be carefully preserved and elevated.

To lead this next phase, Mr. Dassault recommended Ms. Lucie Brun and Mr. Alessandro Grancini, a talented couple with deep roots in winemaking. Lucie comes from a distinguished lineage; both her grandfather and mother served as general managers of the esteemed Château Dassault, instilling in her a profound understanding of viticulture. Alessandro, a gifted winemaker, refined his skills under Mr. Jacques Thienpont, the legendary owner of Le Pin. To further enhance the estate’s offerings, the couple sought the expertise of Jean-Luc Thunevin, the pioneer behind Château Valandraud, and Michel Rolland, one of the world’s most renowned winemakers.

With its prime location, deep history, and dedication to craftsmanship, Château Trimoulet stands as a true reflection of Saint-Émilion’s spirit. Every bottle tells the story of its unique terroir, timeless traditions, and the passion of those who bring it to life. We warmly invite you to discover Château Trimoulet, where over two centuries of heritage come together in every sip.
