Under the stewardship of Lucie Brun and Alessandro Grancini, Château Trimoulet has entered an era of renewed acclaim. Their dedication to crafting exceptional wines was rewarded on January 31, 2023, when Château Trimoulet won first place in a blind tasting of Saint-Émilion wines from 2018 to 2020, evaluated by over 140 wine professionals.

 

– Château Trimoulet 2018: A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc with a 14% alcohol content, sourced from vines averaging 40 years of age. This vintage is celebrated for its fresh, complex aromas, balanced structure, and refined tannins, earning a rating of 92 points. Production: 10,000 bottles of the first label and 8,000 of the second label.

 

– Château Trimoulet 2019: With the same grape composition, this vintage is known for its rich, multi-layered aromas, silky tannins, and subtle roasted and mineral notes. It achieved an impressive 93-point rating. Production: 5,000 bottles of the first label and 4,000 of the second label.

 

– Château Trimoulet 2020: Featuring a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, this vintage stands out for its vibrant color, smooth tannins, and a lingering finish of over two minutes. It received a prestigious 94-point rating. Production: 5,500 bottles of the first label and 4,500 of the second label.
